Tasks

  • Providing 1st level quality checks on SAP tickets in the IT ticket system
  • Acting as a bridge between the service requesters and the IT SAP Applications team
  • Conducting and maintaining the weekly IT ticket report
  • Building up and maintaining the IT service catalogue for SAP
  • Analyzing IT services to identify improvements
  • Analyzing and reporting on SAP related topics

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, economics or related field or several years of equivalent professional experience in this area
  • Solid understanding of IT services
  • Experience in working with an IT ticket system
  • Profound knowledge in MS Office products
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Service oriented mind-set
  • A very precise, well-structured, responsible approach to work and conceptual thinking
