(Junior) Reporting Specialist*

City: Frankfurt am Main, Germany

Tasks

  • Producing European-wide customer & product reporting to management
  • Contributing to the creation of a Balanced Scorecard reporting framework
  • Providing expert support to financial analysts in their financial reporting to management
  • Acting as a bridge between the Financial Planning, IT department and product maintenance departments
  • Using IT expertise in conception and implementation of efficient reporting solutions
  • Managing and further improving reporting frameworks, forecasting, ad-hoc reporting and recharge processes
  • Coordinating, advising on and maintaining the Product Hierarchy for all reporting

Requirements

  • Commercial education or study of Business Informatics
  • Experience with SAP's BPC system, Web Intelligence and Analysis-for-Office reporting would be a major benefit
  • Very good knowledge of Excel as well as databases (structures, query definition, SQL) and system interfaces
  • Ability to write SQL & VBA statements, additional languages are helpful
  • General interest in reporting and systems
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Willingness and eagerness to trial new systems, collaborative tools and methods of working
