    (MNS) Where Is My Order?

    The information in this article can help you when:

    • A My Nintendo Store order has been dispatched but not delivered yet.

    All orders placed on the My Nintendo Store can be tracked after shipping, via our carrier partners' websites.

    The tracking information and link to the carrier website can be found in the shipment confirmation email that is sent to you when your order is leaving our warehouse.

    If you haven't received any shipment confirmation email yet, it could be that:

    • your order has not been shipped yet; please allow for a couple of days after the order was placed
    • the email has ended up in your mailbox spam folder; please check your spam/junk email folder to see if the email is there
