What to do
- Restart the source console.
- If the issue is occurring during a transfer attempt, restart both consoles.
- Bring the consoles as close together as possible and attempt the transfer again.
Situation not resolved
- Make sure the consoles can connect to the internet wirelessly.
- If you have issues connecting to the internet wirelessly, try troubleshooting your wireless connection before continuing to troubleshoot the error code.
- Confirm that local communication is working on the consoles.
If the issue persists, the console unable to connect to local communication will need to be repaired. If you are unable to determine which console is the one failing, all affected consoles will need to be sent in for repair.
