My Download Code Is Scratched/Damaged
The information in this article can help you when you have purchased a Nintendo eShop Card at a retailer and damaged the card while trying to reveal the code.
If you have multiple Nintendo Accounts (parent and child accounts) with your email address associated, please use the box provided to tell us which account was trying to redeem the card.
What to Do:
We're sorry to hear you can't redeem your code due to it being damaged, but don't worry, we're here to help you!
In order for us to do that, we just need you to send us some additional information:
- Two photos of the Nintendo eShop Card (one of each side)
- A photo of the receipt
- Your Nintendo Network ID/Nintendo Account (depending on the console or system on which you wish to redeem your card)
- Your date of birth
- Your email
- The serial number of the console or system
