Missing or didn't receive Piranha Plant download code

Didn’t receive a download code for Piranha Plant fighter for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate which was purchased or registered on or before 31/01/2019.


If you haven’t received your Piranha Plant download code, don’t worry.

  • It can take up to 72 hours after registering your game to receive your code.
  • Make sure you’re looking in the email account that’s associated with your Nintendo Account and check the following folders: spam or junk, promotions, etc.
    • If the purchase was registered for a Nintendo Account for a child, the e-mail will be sent to the parent/guardian’s email address.
  • Using a mobile device? If you find the email, make sure to scroll down to view the code in the body of the email.

  • Codes can be redeemed until 30/06/19.
  • To qualify for the promotion, make sure you’ve registered your game by 23:59 (local time) 31/01/19.
