    1. Purchase the Animal Crossing: New Horizons – Happy Home Paradise DLC on Nintendo eShop.
      • The DLC must be downloaded to your console to access the content. If it has been deleted, it can be redownloaded on Nintendo eShop.
    2. Ensure that your Animal Crossing: New Horizons software is updated to the latest version.
    3. Launch Animal Crossing: New Horizons and visit the airport to request to go to work.
      • The option to go to work becomes available at least one day after all of the following conditions have been met:
        • The Resident Services building has been completed (upgraded from a tent)
        • You have attended Tom Nook's DIY workshop
        • Your resident has a house (upgraded from a tent)
    1. Begin a Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack membership or join a Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack family membership if you do not already have an active membership.
    2. Download the Animal Crossing: New Horizons – Happy Home Paradise DLC for free from the Nintendo Switch Online menu on Nintendo eShop.
    3. Ensure that your Animal Crossing: New Horizons software is updated to the latest version.
    4. Launch Animal Crossing: New Horizons and visit the airport to request to go to work.
