    Game Card is Stuck in the Game Card Slot

    Description:

    A game card is stuck in the game card slot on the Nintendo Switch console and cannot be removed.

    What to Do:

    Gently press down on the top of the game card. It should spring up enough to grip and remove from the console.

    Situation Not Resolved:

    If the game card is lodged in the game card slot and cannot be removed, the console will need to be repaired.
