You are unable to sign into the Nintendo Switch Online app and you receive the error message "Your Nintendo Account Must Be Linked to a Nintendo Switch Console."
Important:
- Users with Nintendo Accounts for ages 12 and under can use game-specific services. Some features, including voice chat, require a Nintendo Account for ages 13 and up.
- For all other users, the Nintendo Account you wish to use must be linked to a Nintendo Switch console prior to linking it to the Nintendo Switch Online app.
What to Do:
Link your Nintendo Account to a Nintendo Switch console, and then sign in to the Nintendo Switch Online app on your smart device.
