Error Code: 2801-7199
Description:
You are unable to upload a photo to Facebook and receive the error code 2801-7199.
Complete These Steps:
- Unlink your Facebook account from your Nintendo Account.
- From the HOME Menu, select the user to which the Facebook account is currently linked, then select User Settings. Under Album, select Social Network Posting Settings. Select Unlink beside your Facebook account.
- If the console that was used to link the account to the user is unavailable, you can sign in with the corresponding Nintendo Account on a different console, and then unlink the account from it.
- Re-link your Facebook account to your Nintendo Account.
From the HOME Menu, select your user and go to User Settings. Under Album, select Social Network Posting Settings. Select Link beside the Facebook icon. Follow the prompts to validate and complete the link, ensuring that you select the appropriate options to allow posting from your Nintendo Switch console.

If the issue persists, check your Facebook account settings to ensure that you have not blocked your Nintendo Switch console from posting images to your account.
