Data in Poké Ball Plus is Missing

Save data or other information, such as scores, achieved with Poké Ball Plus is missing.
Important:
If Poké Ball Plus was reset while data was being written to it, the data being written as well as the save data stored in Poké Ball Plus will disappear and cannot be recovered.
What to Do:
When resetting Poké Ball Plus, ensure that no other operations of the software or of the accessory itself are in progress.
