Advice when sending us your product

We recommend that you send your product to Nintendo using recorded delivery in order to be able to claim for replacement should loss or damage be caused by the postal or courier service.

The item(s) to be sent should be accompanied by a note containing the following:

Sender's complete address and telephone number.
List of the Nintendo products, including the model and, where applicable, the colour.
Brief description of the problem.
Where a warranty claim is made, a copy of the original sales receipt with legible purchase date. If no warranty claim is being made, your confirmation should be provided in writing that you are prepared to meet the costs.

When sending any products to the Nintendo Service Centre please always contact a representative on the number given in the Contact section before dispatching (calls charged at the National Rate). Also please use, if possible, the original packaging, add a description of the defect and attach thereto a copy of your proof of purchase showing the date thereof.
