Can the Nintendo Classic Mini: NES sold in Europe be connected to TVs from other regions?

This product is designed and sold to be used within Europe only. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the product will work properly if connected to TVs from other regions.

I feel like the game has a delayed response to controller inputs. Is there a way to fix this?
The system does not operate even when the POWER Button is turned to ON. Is it broken?
The power suddenly turns OFF.
The in-game images and/or sounds do not work/are distorted. Is the product broken?
Can I use Nintendo Entertainment System cartridges or accessories?
