    Did Not Receive Gold Points for Nintendo Switch Online Promotion (March-May 2021)

    The information in this article can help you when you purchased or renewed a Nintendo Switch Online 12-month membership during the promotion timeframe, but you have not received My Nintendo Gold Points.

    Important: It may take up to four weeks for Gold Points to be added after the membership is purchased or renewed.


    In order to earn the Gold Points, you must have purchased or renewed a Nintendo Switch Online individual 12-month membership or family membership between 00:00 CET on 16 March 2021 and 23:59 CEST on 10 May 2021.

    Purchases or renewals of memberships made outside this timeframe do not qualify for Gold Points.

    What to do

    1. Make sure that at least four weeks have passed since the date of the purchase or renewal of the membership.
    2. Check your My Nintendo Point and Reward History to see if the Gold Points appear.

    Situation not resolved

    If you have not received your My Nintendo Gold Points and you have confirmed that your purchase is eligible and that four weeks have passed since you made the purchase, please contact us for additional support.
