Screen spots or scratches are not covered by warranty
The LCD screens can suffer damage in the event of an accident, which often shows as spots or scratches. If your console has any marks on its screen, it is necessary to send it to our Repair Centre.
If the fault is not due to a defect in the manufacture of the product, the repair will not be covered by the warranty. Customers will be notified of any costs prior to being charged.
