Booking a Repair
We always advise to book a repair through our Repair Centre Portal. Before sending any products to Nintendo, please always arrange a repair before dispatching, through the Repairs Service Portal: https://www.nintendoservicecentre.co.uk/
Please follow the packaging instructions that you will receive when you raise a repair order and include a copy of your proof of purchase inside the parcel.
