When Earth is destroyed during a war between two highly-advanced alien races, the last remnants of humanity are forced to evacuate. After sailing through the vastness of space for years in search of a suitable new home, the starship White Whale is compromised and crash-lands on a huge and mysterious planet filled with unknown threats, known as Mira. Now, two months after the White Whale’s crash, your adventure is about to begin…

Travel as a team to map out Mira, do battle with gigantic beasts and hunt for survivors on a planet-wide rescue mission. When you have no option but to fight, jump into action-packed real-time battles using a combination of melee strikes, long range attacks and special moves known as Arts. Each character has their own set of abilities and Arts, so select team-mates that complement each other well and work together! Using Skells – enormous, transformable robotic exoskeletons – you can also fly around Mira at high speed or take on over-sized foes that are too big to face on foot!

Xenoblade Chronicles X will be available from shops and as a downloadable version from Nintendo eShop on December 4th, only on Wii U.

Two limited edition bundles will be released on the same day. Xenoblade Chronicles X Wii U Premium Pack includes a black premium Wii U console, a physical copy of the game, an Artbook and a World Map poster, while Xenoblade Chronicles X Limited Edition Pack includes a physical copy of the game, a SteelBook® cover, a World Map poster, a Cover Art Poster and the Artbook.
