Nintendo eShop is back online - thank you very much for your patience
[Update 30th Dec.] The Nintendo eShop is now available on all systems. We do not anticipate any further outages, but will continue to closely monitor the situation. We sincerely apologise for the recent inconsistencies and thank you again for your patience and support. We will share more information about the launch of Pokémon Bank and Poké Transporter as soon as possible.
If you tried to redeem a Download Code on Nintendo eShop and an error message is saying it has already been used, try accessing "Titles You've Downloaded" (Nintendo 3DS) / "Your Downloads" (Wii U) under "Settings/Other" in the Menu of the Nintendo eShop. The software should be available there and will be ready to be downloaded. If you still have an issue, please get in touch with Customer Services.
