You can redeem My Nintendo Store vouchers from us, Nintendo of Europe GmbH, in our My Nintendo Store for the purchase of physical products (such as T-shirts...). My Nintendo Store vouchers cannot be used to purchase digital content.
Please note that if you wish to place an order at the My Nintendo Store, you must be a natural person 18 years of age or older and reside in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain (excluding the Canary Islands), Austria or Switzerland (the "participating countries").
When redeeming a My Nintendo Store voucher, the price of the product you ordered will be reduced by the value of the redeemed My Nintendo Store voucher. If you order several products together, the total price of these products will be reduced by the value of the redeemed voucher. Please note that in addition to the reduced price, there are shipping costs which are not reduced when redeeming a My Nintendo Store voucher.
A My Nintendo Store voucher can be redeemed from a minimum order value of EUR 20 plus shipping costs.
You can only redeem a My Nintendo Store voucher once.
A My Nintendo Store voucher can only be redeemed in full. Please note that no residual amount remains once you have redeemed a My Nintendo Store voucher.
To redeem a My Nintendo Store voucher at the My Nintendo Store, you must first add the desired items to your shopping cart. You will find the input field for vouchers in the order process on the payment options page. Please enter the voucher code consisting of letters and numbers and confirm your entry with the button "Apply". The voucher amount is then immediately included in the total amount in the shopping cart. However, the My Nintendo Store voucher will remain valid if you cancel your purchase.
You can only redeem one My Nintendo Store voucher per order from the My Nintendo Store.
This restriction also applies if you order more than one product at a time.
Vouchers for the My Nintendo Store can only be redeemed at the My Nintendo Store before the order process is completed. After the order process, they can no longer be credited.
Vouchers for the My Nintendo Store cannot be paid out in cash, topped up, transferred against value or offset against outstanding claims. Vouchers for the My Nintendo Store may not be resold.
Vouchers for the My Nintendo Store are valid for one year from receipt. This period begins at the end of the year in which we issued the My Nintendo Store voucher.
If you cancel all or part of your order at the My Nintendo Store, the following rule applies to the cancelled order: If you redeemed a My Nintendo Store voucher when you ordered, you will first be refunded the amount you paid. If the refunded amount does not fully cover the price of the cancelled order, we will issue you a new My Nintendo Store voucher for the balance of your cancelled order. This new My Nintendo Store voucher will be emailed to your Nintendo account email address. The new My Nintendo Store voucher is subject to these Special Terms and Conditions for My Nintendo Store Vouchers, except for the minimum order value; no minimum order value is required to redeem such a new My Nintendo Store voucher.
Should we cancel an order, you will be issued a new My Nintendo Store voucher. This new My Nintendo Store voucher will be emailed to your Nintendo account email address. The new My Nintendo Store voucher is subject to these Special Terms and Conditions for My Nintendo Store Vouchers.
In the event of fraud, attempted deception or if another illegal activity is suspected in connection with the receipt of a My Nintendo Store voucher or the redemption of a My Nintendo Store voucher, Nintendo may block the affected vouchers for the My Nintendo Store, close the relevant Nintendo accounts and/or request an alternative method of payment. You are not entitled to the activation of the affected My Nintendo Store vouchers or their redemption.
