Photos with Mario

This special edition Nintendo eShop Card series comes with a new way to have fun with your favourite Mushroom Kingdom characters!

Use your Nintendo 3DS family system to play and pose with Mario, Luigi or Bowser using special character cards and the Photos with Mario application, included at no additional cost with the Photos with Mario series of Nintendo eShop Cards.

Photos with Mario lets you:

• Move characters around on your screen to set up fun scenes
• Combine different cards and see them interact!
• Apply fun effects to your photo

How it works

Download the free “Photos with Mario” application to your Nintendo 3DS family system using the download code on the back of the AR Card included with your Nintendo eShop Card.

To download Photos with Mario, follow these simple steps:

1. Make sure the system is connected to the internet and has the latest system update.
2. From the HOME Menu, select to open Nintendo eShop.
3. Select the MENU tab on the top left of the lower screen.
4. Select REDEEM DOWNLOAD CODE.
5. Enter the 16-figure download code in the screen that is displayed, select OK and follow the on-screen instructions.

Next, open the Photos with Mario application and view the character card using your Nintendo 3DS camera. Watch as the character springs to life!

You’ll find the Photos with Mario series of Nintendo eShop Cards at participating retailers (PDF, 272 kB) . You can choose from Mario, Luigi, or Bowser versions – or collect all three!
