Pirates vs Ninjas Dodgeball on Wii is your chance to take sides in this epic struggle and find out the truth. There can be no sitting on the fence on this one. If you're a pirate fan, it's time to make those pitiful black-clad landlubbers walk the plank. If you're on Team Ninja, you'll want to use your martial arts skills to teach those unshaven plunderers a lesson in the deadly arts of the assassin that they won't forget.
Take control of one of the teams and utilise its special combat moves to deal devastating blows to your opponents. You'll be able to roam freely around the eight detailed courts, grab dodgeballs and stun your opponents with perfectly-aimed throws. Special moves to master and all sorts of weapons and items at your disposal means the action stays fast and frenetic. But if you prefer your dodgeball the more traditional way, don't fear: there is also an old-school original dodgeball mode to enjoy.
A total of seven teams means that you can take a break from the age-old pirates versus ninjas conundrum and take charge of other wild and wacky teams including robots, zombies and aliens. Each team has its own unique tactics and strategies. This new enhanced Wii version offers a range of single-player modes, including a Story Mode, Exhibition and Challenge Modes. The excitement is ramped up to a whole new level with a range of multiplayer options. Up to four players can take part simultaneously in Co-Op Mode, or go two against two in Versus Mode.
So: ninja or pirate? Pick your side and prepare to decide the ultimate victor - there can be no dodging the issue!
