Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows™ - Part 2

It’s time to step up and play the parts of your heroes in the epic finale of the Harry Potter saga, as the EA Play Label and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment invite you to join the final battle of Hogwarts™ in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2.

The race is on for Harry, Ron and Hermione to find the last four Horcruxes whose destruction will bring Voldemort’s™ deadly reign to an end. Join Harry and his friends in their final stand against the Dark Lord and his followers – a battle that will test just how far they are willing to go in order to complete their ultimate quest.

Harry and his friends must complete a variety of challenging missions, thinking and fighting their way past all manner of barriers, from enemies intent on thwarting their mission to man-made, magical and natural obstructions. Fortunately they have a range of Combat and Exploration spells at their disposal that can help them overcome the most formidable foes and impassable obstacles. A whole army of adversaries is trying to ensure that Harry's mission ends in failure and only the full breadth of his friends' spell-casting knowledge - from simple jinxes to powerful incantations capable of stunning groups of enemies - will keep the Dark Lord's followers at bay.

Combat Spells like Stupefy, Protego and Multi-Shot Jinx can be cast by all characters using the stylus or shoulder buttons, but every hero also has their own Area Spell that can be used to target a wide radius around the caster by drawing a circle with the stylus. Hermione can conjure a small flock of birds, for example, whereas Ron's Petrificus Totalis renders enemies completely immobile. Area Spells deplete your Ability Bar and you'll need to solve puzzles and explore your surroundings to find Magic Points in order to refill it.

Similarly, every character has Exploration Spells at their disposal like Wingardium Leviosa, to interact with objects using the stylus, but you'll also need to master the character-specific ones to solve the puzzles halting your progress. Use McGonagall's Animagus to transform into a cat and access small entrances, or Harry's Revelio to reveal hidden objects and doors, swapping between characters as the situation calls for it.

You'll also be able to engage in a magical duel with friends, playing as your favourite character to collect as many Magic Points as you can in a race against time - and your rival! And remember, if you're lagging behind, a well-placed Area Spell can shift the balance of power in your favour!

This is the ultimate showdown against Voldemort and his Dark forces. The fate of the wizarding world rests in your hands in the final battle of Hogwarts.
