I just registered on this website, but I can't log into my new Club Nintendo account. What can I do?

After you registered, you should have received a confirmation email on the email address you entered during the registration process. You have to click on the link in this email (or copy the website address from that email into the address bar of your browser) in order to activate your Club Nintendo account. Once that's done you can log in to your Club Nintendo account.

If you are under 16 years old, you must have permission from a parent or guardian when registering. During the registration process, you will have entered the email address of a parent or guardian. Only after they followed the instructions in the email they received and approved your registration, you will receive the confirmation email mentioned above.

Please note that it's possible that our automated emails have ended up in the Junk, Spam or Trash folders of your email client, so please check those folders in your email program if you didn't receive our confirmation email in your inbox.

After you register a product for the first time, it can take up to 24 hours before the Club Nintendo registration process is finalised. If you can't log in to your account immediately after the successful registration of a product, please try again later. If you still can't register after 24 hours, you may be using the wrong email address/password combination.

To retrieve your password, please click on the link "I forgot my password" below the login field at the top of each page of this site and enter the email address you used when you first registered with this site. You will be sent to a page confirming that your password has been retrieved and your password will be sent to your email account within minutes.
