Some parts of the website don't work properly. What can I do?

There are several things you can do when certain parts of the website don't work properly.

1. Make sure the Internet browser you are using is up to date. This not only guarantees that most websites will work properly, but also makes sure that the browser's latest security measures are present. To download the most recent version of your Internet browser, please visit the website of its developer. You can usually see which browser version you are currently using by accessing the Help menu at the top and looking for a menu item with more information about the browser.

2. Make sure your browser has Javascript activated. Most browsers have Javascript activated by default, but please refer to your browser support to find out how to activate it. For some parts of the website it is useful to have Flash available and up to date. Please visit the official Flash website to download the most recent version of Flash.

3. If your browser is up to date, but you still experience issues with certain parts of the website, it could be that these areas are currently not operational. Since the website was recently completely rebuilt, it's possible that certain features will experience issues for a while. You can rest assured that we will do our best to take care of them.
