Battery light does not come on
If you use a rechargeable battery or battery set or power pack from a third-party manufacturer, you should first test the device using new, normal disposable batteries.
If this doesn't solve the problem, please send us your Game Boy Advance for repair or replacement.
Please note that you shouldn't send us your Game Boy Advance for repair or replacement if your games are working properly.
