    Game Boy Advance Wireless Adapter

The Game Boy Advance Wireless Adapter is connected to the 'EXT' port of the Game Boy Advance or Nintendo GameCube Game Boy Player or the 'EXT. 1' port of the Game Boy Advance SP. It is not compatible with other Game Boy models.

This adapter enables up to five players to use the multiplayer mode wirelessly at a maximum distance of 3 metres. However, only GBA games that have been designed for use with the wireless adapter can be used with this function. (Please refer to the game packaging and/or instructions of the relevant title for more information).

    Connecting the adapter:

    • Ensure that the Game Boy Advance is switched off.
    • Connect the plug to the EXT or EXT.1 port of the Game Boy system until you hear a click.
    • Ensure that both sides of the adapter have clicked into place in the slot on the Game Boy system.

    Removing the adapter:

    • Ensure that the Game Boy Advance is switched off.
    • Press the unlocking levers towards each other, hold in this position and remove the wireless adapter from the Game Boy system.

    Note:

The wireless adapter transmits radio waves that could adversely affect the proper operation of neighbouring electrical devices (e.g. telephones, microwaves, wireless networks, WaveBird controllers) and vice versa - especially pacemakers. Please maintain a minimum of 25 cm distance from pacemakers.

In general it is not permitted to use the wireless adapter in hospitals, airports, planes or other locations where the use of devices that emit radio waves is not permitted.
