Your Nintendo 3DS system can wirelessly exchange game data with other Nintendo 3DS systems as you pass other players on the street, without you having to lift a finger. Simply close your system while the power is on and carry it with you wherever you go!
The notification LED on your Nintendo 3DS system will flash green when you have received new StreetPass data. Regardless of the Game Card currently inside your system, you can enable StreetPass communications for up to 12 different software titles you’ve been playing.
This software is pre-installed on your Nintendo 3DS system and allows you to meet the Mii characters of people you pass by. You can find out some basic info about every Mii you meet, and each Mii will help you in two minigames.
When a new Mii arrives at your StreetPass Mii Plaza…
…you can get a new piece of the puzzles in Puzzle Swap…
…and a helping hand in StreetPass Quest!
Show off your puppy to other players and share the fun! With StreetPass enabled you can exchange pet and Mii data with other players, as well as presents and 3D photos of your pets. Plus, the more users you encounter via StreetPass, the larger the variety of puppies you’ll find in the kennels!
Take your game to the streets, even when you’re not playing! Use your Figure Points to build up your Figure Collection and form the perfect team of five to take on all comers. You’ll have to be strategic about it though: there’s a total level cap for your team, so you can’t just fill it up with Level 7 Figures!
Choose Figures for your team roster so that their total level falls within the MAX ratio.
Adjust the Power, Defense and Speed attributes of every fighter in your team.
After StreetPass takes place, check your StreetPass Log and watch the battle play out!
Throwdown mode lets you fight against the character of another player encountered via StreetPass for a chance to add character figurines to your arsenal. Your virtual opponent is an AI created by the game, based on the battle records of the player you passed by. Are you up to the challenge?
Select Throwdown from the menu.
New challengers appear when StreetPass takes place.

Carry your favourite music with you and share your taste with those you pass by! Nintendo 3DS Sound lets you swap Hit Parade Playlists and can compare how similar your music tastes are to those of others with the StreetPass Compatibility function.
