  • See the fun ahead at our Mario Party: Star Rush website!

    07/09/2016

Don your hats, throw up some streamers and get ready for a riot of a time when Mario Party: Star Rush launches on Nintendo 3DS family systems on October 7th! There are loads of modes and minigames to enjoy for up to four players, and you can get a sneak peek of them all at our official Mario Party: Star Rush website.

In some modes, everybody moves at the same time, so the fun is faster than ever! Pick your favourite Toad and recover stacks of stolen Stars from Bowser’s forces in Toad Scramble. As you go, take part in minigames and Boss Battles, and meet up with Mushroom Kingdom allies who’ll help you out!

Toad’s not the only one running this party, though! You can see plenty of ways to play in the Other modes section: race to the finish in Coinathlon, break blocks in Boo’s Block Party, climb to the top of Challenge Tower, and more! Of course, there are tons of minigames to enjoy, too: check out just a handful of them in the Minigames section.

Four friends, four Nintendo 3DS family systems, but only one copy of the Mario Party: Star Rush? No problem! With Mario Party: Star Rush - Party Guest, available to download for free* from Nintendo eShop from game launch, everybody can access the full multiplayer experience with a single copy of the game. You can also play together via Local Play or Download Play**, so it’s entirely up to you how you party! The game is compatible with amiibo (sold separately), too – check back soon to find out more!

There’s something for everybody in this latest Mario Party title, so get revved up for some madcap fun at our official Mario Party: Star Rush website!

Mario Party: Star Rush will be available from shops and as a downloadable version from Nintendo eShop on October 7th, only on Nintendo 3DS family systems. On the same day, new amiibo in the Super Mario Collection will be released: Wario, Rosalina, Donkey Kong and a glow-in-the-dark Boo. On November 4th, three further new amiibo in the Super Mario Collection will launch: Daisy, Diddy Kong and Waluigi.
