#3DSLife - Win a style session for you and a friend with Ella Eyre’s stylist!

Ella Eyre has shared her #3DSLife and now it’s time to share yours. Enter our competition to be in with a chance to win a style session for you and a friend with Ella Eyre’s stylist!

The winner and their nominated friend will receive a two hour style session with Ella's personal stylist, Ellie Stidolph, and will each receive £200 of vouchers to spend in a high street clothes store!

Terms and Conditions

^{1. Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 13 years and over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the competition.}

^{2. If you are under 18 you are representing that you have consent from your parents/guardian to enter the competition in accordance with our terms and conditions and privacy policy. If you win and are under 18, written consent from your parent/guardian for you to attend the style session will be required at the time that the prize is accepted. Written consent from a parent/guardian of your nominated friend prior to the day of the style session will also be required if they are under 18.}

^{3. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.}

^{4. Entries to the competition will close at 23:59 on Thursday 1 September 2016.}

^{5. To enter, entrants will require access to the internet and will need to register for an Instagram account.}

^{6. Entry is online through Instagram. To enter, entrants should share a photo of their favourite moment playing a Nintendo 3DS family system on Instagram, including the hastag #3DSLife and the tag @HeartNintendoUK. The Promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the entry route. Entrants are free to enter as many unique photos as they want. Duplicate photos will be disregarded.}

^{7. One winner will be selected by an independent judge according to which entry is considered the most creative, original and apt. The winner will be notified via Instagram within 7 days of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 14 days the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a substitute entry. If the winner is under 18 and fails to provide the written consent of their parent/guardian with their response the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a substitute entry.}

^{8. The winner and their nominated friend must be available to travel to London and attend a style session at a Central London location (to be confirmed) on an agreed date which must be before 6 November 2016. The winner and their nominated friend will receive a two hour style session with Ella Eyre’s Stylist, Ellie Stidolph, and £200 each to spend in store. Return second class train travel to London and the cost of a one day underground ticket for each of the winner and their nominated friend will be reimbursed upon the production of valid receipts. Any additional charges incurred due to changes made at the Winner’s request will not be covered. There is no cash or other prize alternatives. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.}

^{9. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude an entry from the competition if it considers such entry to be offensive, defamatory or if it infringes third-party rights.}

^{10. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.}

^{11. The promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winner, including, but not limited to, age and eligibility to enter, and to refuse to award the prize, or withdraw prize entitlement, where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements.}

^{12. Entrants agree to grant Nintendo a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry. Nintendo may use the entries in future promotions including in its marketing materials, on its website, on its social media channels and in any other media from time to time. Entrants’ personal data will be collected, stored and processed strictly for the purposes of administering and assessing this prize draw.}

^{13. The Promoter and its associated companies and agents excludes all responsibility for and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details, or arising from use of the prize, to the extent permitted by English law.}

^{14. The names and county of the winners will be made available on written request to the Promoter.}
