Share your #HeartNintendo Moment to win a Nintendo 3DS game!

Share your #HeartNintendo moment with us for a chance to win a first party Nintendo 3DS game of your choice! There will be a total of four chances to win, so keep sharing your moments with us from Saturday 2nd April until Wednesday 27th April 2016!

To enter, simply capture your #HeartNintendo moment and share it to Instagram with “My #HeartNintendo moment” written in the caption. The moment you share is up to you – it could be a shot of your favourite game, or even a picture of you and your friends playing together. As long as it’s a Nintendo moment that makes you smile, we want to see it!

Terms and Conditions:

^{1. Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 13 years or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.}

^{2. If you are under 18, you are representing that you have consent from your parents/guardian to enter the promotion in accordance with our terms and conditions and privacy policy.}

^{3. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.}

^{4. The promotion is open from Saturday 2nd April 2016 at 08:00 am to Wednesday 27th April 2016 at 11:59 pm.}

^{5. To participate in the promotion, entrants will need to register for an Instagram account.}

^{6. Entry is via Instagram. Entrants should upload a photo to Instagram and include the wording “my #HeartNintendo moment” in the caption. The Promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to either entry route. Entrants are free to enter the promotion as many times as they want.}

^{7. One winner will be drawn at random from all entries received at each of four draws to be held on 7th April, 14th April, 21st April and the 28th April. Each winner will be notified through Instagram within 14 days of the final draw having taken place. If a winner does not respond to contact made by the Promoter within 28 days the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a substitute winner.}

^{8. There is no cash or other prize alternatives. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. Prizes are limited to one per person and are subject to availability.}

^{9. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude a photo from the promotion if it considers such photo to be offensive.}

^{10. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.}

The promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winner, including, but not limited to, age and eligibility to enter, and to refuse to award the prize, or withdraw prize entitlement, where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements.}

^{12. Nintendo may use the entries in future promotions including in its marketing materials, on its website, on its social media channels and in any other media from time to time. Entrants’ personal data will be collected, stored and processed strictly for the purposes of administering and assessing this prize draw.}

^{13. The Promoter and its associated companies and agents excludes all responsibility for and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details, or arising from use of the prize, to the extent permitted by English law.}

^{14. The name and county of the winner will be made available on written request to the Promoter.}
