    Customer Services/General Enquiries

    If you can’t find the information you are looking for in our Support section, you can also call or email the Nintendo Service Centre for the UK and Republic of Ireland by calling 0870 60 60 247 (calls are charged at the national rate) or sending an email to nintendoservicecentre@codestorm.co.uk.

    Please note that opening hours are limited during the holiday period, as follows:

    25th/26th/27th/28th December - Open 9am to 2pm
    29th/30th/31st December - Normal Opening Times - Open 8.30am to 7pm
    1st/2nd/3rd January - Closed

    Fast Track Repair

    If your Nintendo product is malfunctioning you can use our Fast Track Repair service to log a repair without the need to speak to a Customer Services operator.
