Voting has opened for the world’s biggest videogames award show – and we want you to ensure Nintendo takes the top honours.

You can make sure that your favourite Nintendo games from the last 12 months make the grade at the 2010 Golden Joystick Awards by voting now. Any game released in the last 12 months is eligible for a nomination, but only the most popular titles will make it onto the shortlist when voting closes on 27 May. Wii is competing in the Action Adventure category, the hilarious Mario & Luigi: Bowser’s Inside Story is in with a shout for the Role-Playing Game award while Professor Layton And Pandora’s Box surely deserves to be on the shortlist for Best Puzzle Game.
