New year, new titles, new fun!

New year, new titles, new fun!

6 December 2007 - As the New Year dawns, get ready for a range of new games for Wii and Nintendo DS that are sure to brighten up your year. Featuring something for everyone, the line-up will keep both traditional and new players entertained well into 2008!

Shiver me timbers! The hunt for lost treasure is on as Zack & Wiki™: Quest for Barbaros’ Treasure arrives on Wii in January. Featuring in-depth fun puzzle action, and making full use of the interactive Wii Remote to explore various locations, players will take on the role of young pirate Zack with his quirky sidekick Wiki as they travel around rich and colourful environments, truly interacting with the world around them, whilst they search for Barbaros’ treasure!

Following in February, battle will commence as Battalion Wars 2 marches on to Wii and players must prepare to command their armies of men and machines to victory! Taking control of soldiers, aircraft, gunships, and submarines to name a few, players will be able to take part in numerous missions across air, land and sea as they rid the world of the evil forces causing trouble. With the opportunity to take on the rest of the world via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, Battalion Wars 2 will show who really can conquer the world!

With the arrival of the highly anticipated Mario Kart Wii in Q2, racing fans will be in for a treat as this iconic game storms its way on to Wii. Bundled with a steering wheel attachment, allowing for ultimate lifelike control and utilising Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, players will be given the opportunity to experience a breed of a whole new Mario Kart era which takes intuitiveness to the next level.

2008 will see Nintendo DS players testing their grey cells as they put their puzzle and math skills to the test! New Touch! Generations title Professor Kageyama’s Maths Training will see young and old stretch their maths ability as they take on a series of mathematical challenges to help improve this basic skill.

Strategy will be the name of the game as Advance Wars: Dark Conflict heads to the Nintendo DS. Players will have to plan the perfect attack with their armed forces as they complete single player missions or challenge the world through Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.

If all that courtroom action has left you wanting some magic in your life, why not learn how to become a master magician in Magic Taizen (tentative title). This title available in March 2008 comes bundled with a deck of playing cards, so you’ll have all you need available to amaze your friends and family using this unique Nintendo DS software
