Nintendo DS

World Monster Championship

If you choose to take part, this is how the championship system works:

  • Before you can compete against other players you  must first fight five battles against in-game monster teams.

  • For five days following the initial round you'll face other Monster Scouts from around the world in battle. Don't worry, you'll be matched with players whose teams are similar in strength to yours, so it'll be a fair fight! From easiest to most challenging the classes are: Rookie, Scout, Super Scout, Mega Scout and Ultra Scout.

  • Once the battles are done, your new position in the rankings will be recorded - you might even win a prize if you beat enough of the other teams you faced that day!

  • While you don't have to compete every day, the aim is to accumulate points and work your way up the tournament ranks - the more battles you fight, the more points you could earn!

  • Sadly the championships have to end sometime, and on the last day of the championship each week, the top ranking players in each class will receive some hard earned special prizes and items! Of course, at the end of each championship all the scores reset to zero, ready for the beginning of the next one...
