At its most basic level, English Training offers you three options: Test, Dictation and Extras. But there’s a wealth of other options available to tailor the experience to your liking and to track your progress over time. In the “Progress” menu you will find monthly charts that show how you’ve improved over time at the “Test” and “Dictation” exercises.
