But to become a Mario Tennis master, and thwack the ball with the kind of point-winning force that will have your opponent blinking in disbelief, you'll need to master the skill of double-tapping the buttons, or holding them down to charge up a super-strong Smash Shot. The ball moves realistically, but at the same time the court flashes with blinding special effects that could outdo a laser light show.
