Hitting the bongos in time to the music will help you accumulate an even higher score, which in turn gives you more and more coins with which to buy new songs, mini-games, and sound effects that can be used in various fun ways. Multiplayer modes also include various Mario-Party esque mini-games such as 100m tree climbing; this is controlled by the position of your bongo beats and your clapping, which is detected by the in-built microphone.
