Based on the first two chapters of The Hobbit™ trilogy – The Hobbit™: An Unexpected Journey and The Hobbit™: The Desolation of Smaug – LEGO® The Hobbit™ on Nintendo 3DS takes you on an exciting voyage through Middle Earth.

Join Bilbo Baggins, Gandalf the Grey plus Thorin Oakenshield and Company, as they march to the Dwarf Kingdom of Erebor. Throughout thrilling battles and epic escapes, it’s a quest laced with that very ‘LEGO®’ sense-of-humour people know and love!

As you set out on your adventure, you’ll face the most varied Quests of any LEGO® game; solve numerous head-twisting puzzles; and dig up a king’s ransom in precious stones. You can even build potent magical artefacts and huge LEGO® structures. Revisit favourite set-pieces from the first two films, such as Bilbo’s home at Bag End, the High Pass over The Misty Mountains, as well as Goblin-Town, Mirkwood and Rivendell. You can even forge items in the Blacksmith Shop using Middle Earth’s most treasured metals, Mithril.

Of course, danger is around every corner, chiefly in the form of filthy orcs, fearsome trolls and that bag of bones, Gollum – minus his ring! Fortunately, with an entourage of comical dwarves in tow – Thorin, Fíli, Kíli, Óin, Glóin, Dwalin, Balin Bifur, Bofur, Bombur, Dori, Nori and Ori – there’s always a way out of any jam: Bombur, for instance, plays trampoline so the others can ‘belly-bounce’ to safety!

LEGO® The Hobbit™ is packed full of adventurous antics and trademark blocky humour, making it great fun for all the family.

  • Relive the most exciting scenes from the first two films of The Hobbit™ franchise
  • Join your favourite characters like Bilbo, Gandalf and Thorin Oakenshield
  • A great adventure for kids and adults alike, chock-a-block with colourful LEGO® humour
